My POD was very poorly loaded. I wish they had used the ratchet straps I provided to secure the load.
I’m sorry you feel like that, I looked at your photos and noticed that furniture pads were not provided and we did not have any ratchet straps that we were provided, Please contact me if you would like to talk to me.

I recommend this service, they were on time and had the equipment to do the job.

While the movers we had did get everything out of the house without damaging it, the way that things were packed into the truck caused damaged to a few pieces of furniture. The second movers we got in Portland, Oregon also noted several mistakes that could have caused even more damage and that we were lucky that it turned out the way that it did. Overall it didn't seem like they knew how to properly pack a moving truck for maximum safety and also optimization of space.
I wouldn't recommend them for future moves.
Thank you for your feedback, I have photos of your move and 1 orange strap and one household blanket was provided for the dresser on the back end of the truck. We always recommend providing protection for your move and I do recall telling you to provide 3-4 dozen blankets for your truck. If you would like to discuss this I would be happy to talk to you. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer and customize the move to fit the customers needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will have the movers show up within the pre arranged time ready to go with all moving gear.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As a customer, we recommend that all boxes are labeled and ready to go. One thing that we do emphasize is that the customer provides plenty of moving blankets, rope or tie down straps and tape. Our main goal is to make sure that your belongings do not get damaged. We will happily wrap your items in moving blankets and make sure that your belongings will not get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
In our many years in business, we have handled quite a few local moves (100 mile radius), plenty of long distance cross country moves and corporate/office moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love interacting with the customer, It helps us get to know how we can make the next customers experience better, we are more than happy to give advice on moving. We understand that this is a very stressful time and we have personally been through it too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide plenty of hands on training with other crew members, many of our crew members have previous experience with national moving companies and are experienced in the moving industry.
