I previously called upon All-In-One Moving when relocating from Arizona to Idaho. Like last time, Josu contacted me regularly to make sure we were all in synch. Most impressively, I couldn't pre-schedule the work because of uncertainty over trailer delivery but they still put two great guys on-site in 12 hours from my initial call for assistance. This job was unloading 16' decking planks from a dropped trailer, which the two guys knocked out in just over an hour. The experience was just like when we unloaded our furniture, though. The guys just busted tail, got the job completed quickly, and were personable and courteous throughout.

However the owner, Joseph overbooked His schedule in the pursuit of money. Joseph overbooked the original day, which forced me to reschedule a day early. Then Joseph promised me that I would be the workers 2nd job of the day, but I turned out I was their 3rd job.
This could be why they accidentally dropped the freezer, and it is now broken.
Thank you for the review, I do not see how I overbooked my schedule when you booked 3 hours with me and insisted that I have more than 3 hours open to work with you, I informed you I could get you in the afternoon before and you can have more than 3 hours with no interruptions. Your job took us 3 hours with 4 men unloading 3 pod containers. One set of guys did two 30 minute jobs and came to you the other two guys started fresh that day, I will look at the photos and check for the freezer... Please contact me if there are any issues, I would be happy to help you.

Julian and Ray were exceptional. Back home, it took 4 guys 4 hours to load the truck. These 2 guys from All In One Moving ran circles around the other guys and did in almost 1/2 the time. I highly, highly recommend them and will use them again. I also will be recommending them to our friends that are moving in a couple months. Well done guys, very well done.

Excellent great guys! They were even early! Quick and efficient! I would hire them again in a minute! They stacked boxes great where needed and set color coded boxes to the side where needed!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer and customize the move to fit the customers needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will have the movers show up within the pre arranged time ready to go with all moving gear.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As a customer, we recommend that all boxes are labeled and ready to go. One thing that we do emphasize is that the customer provides plenty of moving blankets, rope or tie down straps and tape. Our main goal is to make sure that your belongings do not get damaged. We will happily wrap your items in moving blankets and make sure that your belongings will not get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
In our many years in business, we have handled quite a few local moves (100 mile radius), plenty of long distance cross country moves and corporate/office moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love interacting with the customer, It helps us get to know how we can make the next customers experience better, we are more than happy to give advice on moving. We understand that this is a very stressful time and we have personally been through it too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide plenty of hands on training with other crew members, many of our crew members have previous experience with national moving companies and are experienced in the moving industry.
