Scheduled for 9:00 am. Called the night before said they were going to be late. By 3 hours. Paid for 3 movers. Got only 2. They worked hard but since there were only 2, they took too much time. It wasn’t efficient and I would not recommend. They did discount their rate but even with the discounted rate, it would’ve been cheaper elsewhere.

Eric and his crew did an amazing job! They saved us nearly $1,000 because they only used 10 ft. of the 28 ft. truck. They made sure all items were packed well and secure. Very professional, helpful, and kind during a stressful move.

• Overall they were prepared for the job.
• The guy and I did all of the heavy lifting and moving while the girls packaged the glass.
• Yes they were respectful of my property and household goods.
• If we were to use the company again I would request 2 guys to do the heavy lifting.

Eric, Joshua, and Chris were our moving angels. After American Van Lines cancelled our move using Covid as an excuse, they came to our rescue. They spent four days with us helping us pack, find a truck, and then another service to help us get all of our stuff across the country. They saved us and can't thank them enough for their hard work, support, and kindness. We wish we could take them with us!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
