Eric and his partner we’re both absolutely amazing workers and even after a long day still made sure that our POD was unloaded in not only a timely manner, but also safely and without damage. They both took extra time to make sure all of our items were dusted and cleaned before they were brought into our home and with a newborn in the house this was truly appreciated. Along with the dusting and cleaning of products they also wore masks throughout, so safety and cleanliness were very much key to their process. To top it all off they both were exceptional human beings who offered a friendly welcome to my family in a new town, I would recommend this crew to anyone who was moving into Las Vegas or the surrounding areas.

They were on time and hard workers. They cleaned off everything to make sure it was wiped up before they picked stuff up. I appreciated the care the service and the willingness to work with me on my move from storage to my house.

A very good experience. Arrived on time and ready to work. I built boxes and they filled them and carried out to my POD. I had a lot of craft room stuff and a few larger pieces which they plastic wrapped and managed to get into my POD. They worked an extra
hour for me without/through lunch because I had more stuff than I thought. Very nice and respectful of my stuff. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

These hardworking and considerate men would be 5 star if they had known how to efficiently move my refrigerator. They didn’t know how to remove the door handles and thought I should get an appliance repair man out to take off the doors. This happened at the end of the day and most places were closed. Fortunately my realtor contacted her handyman and he told me what to do. A friend from church came over that evening and removed them for me. The guys returned the next morning and loaded the fridge for me. It delayed my travel plans by 4 hours which made my 6 hour drive later into the day. I won’t know how well everything traveled until it is unloaded in 3 months. They were great with wrapping furniture to load but worked harder rather than smarter with lack of appliance hand truck and carrying furniture by hand instead of using carry belts. They would benefit from investing in some equipment to make the job easier and faster.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
