The people who showed up very unprepared for the unloading. They didn't have any tools or dollies to help moving the boxes either.
They dropped the packed TV box twice over, just moving other boxes carelessly.
I used this company for my loading and the men who came did a great job, which was why I booked for unloading with the same company. But they apparently don't screen the vendors if not this would not have been the case.

They were very slow. Took an hour to unload a quarter full 10 ft truck. They did not unwrap furniture that had been wrapped, and could not assemble furniture. They started before I arrived, taking orders from the owner, who was not authorized to give instructions. I was changed for an hour of work I didn't authorize plus extra for them sitting around. A complete rip off.

The 2 helpers that moved our stuff were wonderful. Jorge & Tyrell took care of our stuff, were polite and worked hard and arrived exactly on time. I'd recommend them and this company for your move. Booking was a very reasonable cost, they were very communicative and easy to get a hold of.

Great movers! Very friendly, very able, and very careful with my stuff. They brought a slightly smaller truck than they should have (at their own admission), which meant it took a little extra time to get everything Tetris'd into place, but they got it all done and delivered.
