The packing and moving crew did an excellent job of getting just about everything in the PODS containers.
When the time was just about up, a lady called me from the Rigo's Moving office. She didn't ask how the crew did or anything of the sort. She was more concerned about getting the extra charges paid for regarding the rope and plastic wrap. Nobody even asked me if it was ok that they do that. I was going to give the guys $50 tips each for the hard work, but the lady was very rude and the fact that she only cared about the invoice getting paid, she also didn't care about the moving crew. That lady should be out of a job. She has no place in customer service with an attitude like that. Unfortunately for the moving crew, I will never hire this company again because of this lady.

Javier and Jacob did a marvelous job of packing a 8 ft PODS container to the gill. They were like magicians in fitting different size boxes tighly like Legos. They even tied down the boxes securely using the ropes I provided. When the container arrived at the destination, there was no shift in boxes at all! All boxes were intact and in good shape (except a few cosmetic dents). They even threw some heavy furniture into the dumpster at the apartment complex for me. They worked fast but maintained friendly attitude to me as wll as other residents. All in all, I recomend Rigo's Moving with no hesitaton.

OMG! Javier and the crew, total of 4, were fantastic! We would hire them again. Rigo’s Moving team arrived on time at our storage units. They emptied the units and the truck was filled. We were nervous because we still had our house. Well, at the house, Rigo’s Moving team did an amazing job. Filled the moving truck to fit 98% of our personal belongings. Which was perfect bcuz we needed to get rid of those that did not make it in the truck.
We originally hired Rigo’s Moving for 6 hours. We had them for 3 additional hours. They’re worth every penny.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
