It was just okay, when they arrived (on time) I showed them each what and where I wanted to start. One of them listen and the other I found in the trailer reorganizing after the first trip. The goal was to break everything down items together in each room and wrap it up then move into the truck. The mover didn’t save that much space for how much time he spent reorganizing it. I ended up paying for an extra hour and still didn’t make much of a difference. Once I showed him the last four items they only got three done in the last hour with one of the three just being left next to the truck ramp. They had no desire to move at a fast pace. Felt like they Wanted to just drag it out. Still greatful for their assistance

Arrived before our scheduled time, but still honored the agreed upon hours, which was awesome to see. They worked quickly but with care throughout the entire moving process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and fast moving service.

Rigo’s Moving was a great asset to me in packing my POD container. They were on time, they informed me of their arrival. Both worked very hard in hot temperatures to get me packed in a timely manner. Yes they were respectful to by belongings and were so genuinely nice and sweet.They ask me questions about what I wanted to go inside first and worked well together as a team to make it all happen. Both came prepared with everything they needed to get my things secured in the POD. The office stayed in communication with me as well to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else. Great customer service all around. I would recommend Rigo’s Moving to everyone needing moving labor help. Bravo.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
