I will NEVER use RIGOS again nor recommend them. Got them theough Hired Helpers which were very professional and I was honest about all the stuff i had. Al and Brian both felt 8 hours was good enough. Well rigos took 16. Started off working quickly. One crew person only barely spoke english. I already had stuff boxed and ready. They Used my shrink wrap and tape for furniture and misc when they had their own supplies on truck. Before 1st day get a call they would be several hours late. Didn't finish job as it got dark and had to come back next day because they were late. Asked for early start time 2nd day, again between 9 and 10.Prior to this move I went from a 4200sf home to 2800. Took that company one day with 3 man crew. This move with rigos was from 2800sf to 2100sf home Took them 2 full days. Second day rigos had 4 people. When they went over the alloted time they really milked it. Told me unloading would go quicker than loading. We'll guess what. It took them longer to unload than it did to load and there was no bulky items the second time. On hourly time now so let's chalk it up is my theory. One guy in back of truck constantly on a cigarette break.My phone broke. Couldn't use internet as wi fi was disconnected from home I was in and not hooked up to home moving into. Martha rudely called over 25 times and texted an equal amount of times wanting her extra payment for her workers who took extra long to do their job or she would instruct movers to stop when she was fully aware of phone service being down. She wouldn't take credit cards which is unheard of. Couldn't use her 3rd party company for credit card as it was after 6 p.m and they closed. I had to stop what I was doing and drive to find internet service.
They dropped 3 boxes, one of which was my makeup as I am a professional stylist. Good amount of it was broken. All they said was sorry when they dropped the box and it was dark outside for me to notice the breakage until I unpacked. Rigos charged more than the quotes from hired helpers, which I found odd. Martha said those were her rates. Martha never once apologized nor showed any consideration for anything. Her crew sure did a 360 when the initial time period was over.
I'm not sure if Hired Helpers should be accountable for the original time quote, but to say they were sending out their best company that had great reviews is a huge laugh. I'm still sitting here trying to figure out why in the world it took this company 2 full days to move a 2800sf home. What a joke. Rigos is a big NO in my book

Santiago and Ohsmar (not sure if I am spelling his name right) were on time. They treated the furniture with care.
They had to maneuver within a senior assistant living facility in using the elevator and they did it with finesse. I wasn't sure if everything was going to fit in the POD but they filled it with a little room to spare. When we opened it up in Georgia (coming from Los Angeles, CA) everything was secure.
I would definitely use these two guys again.

The movers took 10 hours to move a 2-bedroom apartment less than a mile away, and left the majority of our boxes behind. They did not take the tv's off the walls like they said they would, so we had to hire a contractor to move the tv's and rented a truck the next day to move the boxes ourselves.
They seemed to move as slowly as possible to earn more money (taking multiple breaks, and 20 minutes to come back after loading each piece of furniture). To make matters worse, the moving company held our belongings hostage in the parking lot until we agreed to pay for 4 more hours for them to unload the truck.
Run, don't walk, away from this scam moving service!

Great team of movers that made a hard job quite easy. Had a small window to load truck and their help made the job get down quick and efficiently. They arrived early and got right on the job. Would recommend to anyone looking for help in moving or loading/unloading.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
