Very good people. The two workers worked very hard. Very efficient at getting the POD loaded.
I am adding to my review to provide an update on the movers who loaded my POD in TN. They were good workers but when the POD arrived at my destination, there was major damage to my tv entertainment center. The Loaders from BEND LIFT AND MOVE placed the hutch on top of my entertainment center and it did major damage to the finish. I was told it was my fault because I didn't give them a blanket. There were blankets but they never asked for one. I thought they would have been better trained to at least ask or tell me if I didn't provide a blanket, it wouldn't be their fault if the piece got damaged. The owner of the company, Matt, said there is nothing he can do. I'm not asking for a new entertainment center but I would like to be compensated for the repairs.
