Two incredibly incompetent and untrained workers showed up to unload our moving truck into two self-storage units. In spite of showing on their Hire a Helper page that they would be bringing a dolly and other essential supplies, these two workers showed up with absolutely nothing.

As a consequence, they were forced to slowly hand-carry each box from the 28-foot trailer to one of the self-storage units. Additionally, they were constantly taking breaks and griping and complaining all day long.

We had called their boss who constantly promised that he would bring out a dolly yet this took five hours to get a simple dolly.

The job description also provided that they would deliver some of the boxes to our new home.

The equally incompetent boss finally showed up five hours late and this simple unloading ended up being a nine-hour fiasco.

We would never consider using this company again. Ever.

I would like to thank you for taking your time out to leave a review. The two men team that was sent out there. Did have two four wheel dollies. We're having to roll all the boxes into two stores units across the complex from fridge trailer. At that time it seems to been a miscommunication with you and your husband in about which storage units what boxes were going in and a majority of the moon was taking up by rearranging this two storage units. At that point you wanted a third man me to come out with a. Two-wheel dolly by the time we were able to get out there since the job was in pigeon forge They have completed loading the two storage units. At that point in time we had to wait to get the the U-Haul out there to load that up to go another 7 mi across town to unload the storage unit into three flights of stairs which were narrow. And to apologize for the frustration and I did offer you a discount without providing any extra time to your reservation. Thank you and have a great night!

As is the case with all businesses, things can go wrong. its how a business handles those situations that define the quality of the company. Our move started with one man not showing up and in the process of going to get another man, the first was involved in an accident. Rather than make appologies and not show up, Matt the owner swung into action and midday on a sunday, got 2 other men mobilzed and was able to complete the move. the men that arrived were quick, efficent and went the extra mile to make the move occur with minimal disruption. I would definately reccommend.

Eric and Will rocked my pod unpacking. The communication from Bend and Lift Move was perfect, sent text updates on status of the crew arrival, arrived on time. The crew was respectful and took instruction on location placement of furnishings with smiles. I even had to reschedule last minute and they accommodated my date and time request. I HIGHLY recommend them for your moving needs!

I would not want them again, but I was in a pinch and the only available help was more than twice as expensive. Nonprofessionals, without tools, bragging about their bodies doing all the work.

Good afternoon and I would like to thank you for taking your time out of your day to write us a review. I like to apologize for any and all inconveniences. There were on the job site. This reservation was made in a week in advance. The team that went out there. They are both been doing moves at least 10 years. And they were instructed that we were to put together some beds. Both of the team members not only had tools but one had straps as the other one had Dolly. Is I reserve the right for my team to decide if they would need to use a straps for the dolly and they felt comfortable enough to use the the bodies then I'm okay with that. Great service! I was so relieved to find moving labor help on short notice. Great communication from the owner before and after the guys came to my house. Both guys who came out were friendly, funny, careful with my belongings, and worked FAST! The price was also very reasonable, especially considering I only booked 2 days in advance. Would definitely use these movers again in the future!
