They were very flexible with time. We had them help unload our moving truck and we were an hour earlier than expected, but they were nearby and came early. Moving two bedrooms into a new apartment (two persons belongings) up 4 flights of stairs and with 2 helpers we got done in only an hour. What great help!

What would help is if I had someone come to my residence and advise on how many hours necessary to move first. That way I have a better way of budgeting.
This move blew out my entire monthly budget and I didnt expect my cost to be double. If I had known, I would have purchased an inclusive service that comes with a truck.
