The team of 4 that loaded our Pod are my heroes! Carlos called the night before to confirm. They arrived about 15 min early and called from outside. They packed what seemed an insurmountable load in less than 2 hrs and we still had space in front to fill in later (which we need). They were friendly, polite, quick and efficient, and didn’t break, nick, drop or bust up a thing. We have another stage of this multipart move coming and I will jump for joy if we get these guys again. I want to kiss them and send their mamas thank you notes. These guys worked hard and got it done!!! 100 million stars!

The three workers, Sean, Reggie, and Carlos were great (I hope I spelled their names correctly). They showed up ready to work and dove into the job of moving boxes from my basement and stacking them into the PODS container for transport. They moved very fast, carried many boxes at one time without dropping or damaging any of them, and amazed me at how quickly they got the job done (exactly on time!). They were all pleasant to work with, no foul language, and a great attitude. And I if I asked them to take care with a certain box, or to stack something differently in the container, there was no "attitude", just a "yes sir" and it was done with a smile.
Great!!! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

On November 27, 2019, the guys were 4 1/2 hrs late. We unloaded half of the unit ourselves before they came. One piece of trim was damaged in the downstairs bedroom door jam when they brought a sofa bed in there. My file cabinet was also damaged. Upstairs hallway was scuffed on the walls. The washing machine was dented. My home is brand new!
On November 30, 2019, three guys came to unload 2 pods. We had unloaded half of each one in the morning before they came. They had no protective belts or equipment, such as dollies, to help them unload and carry the furniture in. I was charged $200.00 to carry a piano 25 feet into a garage for storage. The guys were not told there was a piano nor 2 pods. In actuality they only empty one pod! They were courteous and worked hard. It took 2 hours to unload the furniture and place it in my home. In the future I would rethink the move differently.

Arrived a little early but that was a good thing as we were ready for them.
They worked out very well for what we needed loading, mostly the furniture as we had most boxes already done.
We were on a tight schedule to get back to Minnesota from California ahead of a storm system. So happy to have the help scheduled ahead of time.
