We had a last minute move and college move out. The team was helpful, flexible and very patient. They had to move very heavy furniture down three flights of stairs and up three flights of stairs to the parking spot. They were very efficient and did an amazing job from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time, were extremely helpful in moving my goods in a local move, and did a great job in getting a recalcitrant antique china cabinet up a narrow staircase. I would use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The men who packed my PODS truck were very pleasant and did a really good job. I would recommend them again.
The only concern I had is that the lock you included did not work - I could not get the key into it to lock it OR unlock it. One of the packers finally got it to work but it took him awhile. I used my own lock instead.

AJ & Cory from Moving Made Smooth were very promptly on time. They had all the right equipment needed for a massive move but this was just some heavy furniture and some mattresses that needed to be hauled up a long flight of stairs. They hit the floor running and completed everything in about 30 minutes. They were very courteous, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend this company and AJ & Cory are just, totally, awesome young men. Kudos all around. Great work guys!

These guys crushed it. I had a crew of 4 move all of our belongings into PODS. They did a great job of using every inch of the PODS. I appreciate that they padded the main door where they moved everything through to avoid damage. They worked safely and efficiently. I would certainly recommend.

The gentleman completely unloaded the truck in 3 hours. The were curtious and considerate about our furniture and it was treated. They kept us informed us of everthing they were doing. Unfortunately the company in Idaho were not so great. The way they packed the truck they damaged some our belongings. Your gentleman took photos of the damage. If possible I would like to have a copy of the photos for insurance purposes. I would highly recommend this team of gentleman to everyone who needed help. They worked together as a team very well. This was a very quick job and your team helped us when other companies would not consider doing a job with only one day notice. Throughout the your helped successfully complete the part of the move to Nebraska.

The crew was very professional and ensured that everything was moved in carefully so not to cause any damage. The largest piece was a beast and they tried all they could to try and get it to the location we requested. In the end, the house was the hurdle so we were able to get it into a secondary location.

This is an exceptional family owned company with a team of caring workers. Ken worked with my daughters constantly changing schedules due to pod and weather problems. They put a smile on her face and tear of joy in her eyes after a very stressful few weeks moving into her new home. The crew were on time, listened to all locations the boxes needed to go. The workers were very attentive, open to sudden changes during unload. A highly skilled team. Great work. I recommend this company to everyone needing to move. We will be using them again this year for my other daughters move...means alot when a father puts the trust into a company to help a daughter move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you and go over all details of your move. Then a few days before your actual move we will contact you again to confirm all details. Our office staff is always available for you to contact with any questions or changes you may need.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional team will arrive on time and in uniform. We will have all the equipment needed including shrink wrap, dollies, floor protection, door and door jam protection, moving blankets, shoulder straps and hand tools. The team will arrive with a smile on there face and the know how to accomplish any situation in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that the customer does to prepare for the move will save them time and money.
