The crew (4 men) arrived on time and started work after a brief explanation of the job. They worked quickly and did not have any questions. The truck was loaded with many boxes. At the unload destination the crew started to unload after the brief explanation. Again, the crew was professional. I had the boxes labeled on one end of the box, basement, garage, kitchen, master bedroom, office and dining room. And the contents of the box was labeled also. I had many boxes. The crew finished and I signed the invoice. They left, the crew was polite, friendly, hard working and appreciative of the gratuity. When I started to look for certain boxes we discovered that we could not see the labels of the boxes. The crew had stacked the boxes with the labels not on the readable side. We had to turn every box around so we could see the label content. This was my fault for not being more observant and not checking the final off load. But common sense would be to stack a box with the inventory side on the readable end. I would use this company again and be more observant. The crew did on excellent job except for the stacking of the boxes.

The guys were friendly and explained the process however I did NOT know they were not going to pack anything but were only going to load the POD.
And they did not check the drawers to be sure all were empty.
Communication between them was lacking as some things were loaded that I told one of them was not to be.
All in all I was just happy that everything was loaded and fit.

The man packing the PODS was excellent.
Would have been helpful to have had a quoted price so I would not have had to pay overtime which was expensive. Courteous and professional with two of the men. The other man had very loud earbuds in and it was distracting to me.

These guys were awesome! They were able to help unload a 26’ truck that had traveled about 2,000 miles, and they did so with relatively short notice!! Both gentlemen were friendly, worked HARD, and were very accommodating!! Absolutely would use Hire a Helper, again!

Few minutes late It was warm out but not overly warm. If they would all of worked as hard as the two older ones they would have been over the top great. They too the time to hook up my washer and made sure a bed was ready for bedtime. Amazing how much they could manually move with moving straps.
My biggest concern was my estimate was not near what was quoted in defense of the movers uhaul subbed a 26’ truck for a 20’ truck so had to make 2 trips. I think they should ask more questions on the form that estimates your time needed. Mine was set up for 4 hours and took an additional 4

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you and go over all details of your move. Then a few days before your actual move we will contact you again to confirm all details. Our office staff is always available for you to contact with any questions or changes you may need.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional team will arrive on time and in uniform. We will have all the equipment needed including shrink wrap, dollies, floor protection, door and door jam protection, moving blankets, shoulder straps and hand tools. The team will arrive with a smile on there face and the know how to accomplish any situation in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that the customer does to prepare for the move will save them time and money.

Moving is a very stressful time for our customers. It is our pleasure to see the customer take a deep breath and relax knowing that our teams know what there doing. Our main priority is making sure your belongings arrive safely!
