Ty & Jim were my original scheduled movers but due to a major delay at a prior job, they added Steph to be a 3rd person on the job to fill my truck. I had scheduled 2 people for 3 hours, but the 3 of them had everything out of the house and mostly in the truck within 25 minutes, AMAZING! They were done securing everything in the truck within 45 minutes. These guys were professional, fast, took great care for my belongings and had some great conversation throughout to boot. Originally I was worried about how late they were, but they quickly buy those fears to bed. I only mention that here because they had a problem and then they solved it in a big way. I couldn’t have done this without their help. I’ll use them every time I move in the future!

Ty, Jim & Steph were my movers and they did an AMAZING job. My apartment is on the 9th floor and I was supposed to have an elevator key to control the elevator for 3 hours. The apartment complex made a mistake so we had to take control of the elevator until one of the maintenance staff gave us his key. Ty actually found the maintenance guy.
While moving all of my things with great care, I realized I had too many items to fit in my new apartment. The team had already moved the items I needed to leave out, from the Pod and to the elevator...when I asked them to put them back in the pod and then instead in a personal truck, they didn’t even blink, they quickly helped me out of this jam. These guys were on-time, quick, took great care & on top of the great moving, we had some very interesting & pleasant conversations. I could not have done this move without them!

They were awesome. Called beforehand to say they were coming, arrived 10 minutes early, were fast and got done quickly. Easy to communicate with. I couldn't believe the boxes they were able to carry, without a dolly or anything. They were careful, though, and nothing was damaged. Rock star - I'd hire them again in a sec.

Could not be more pleased with the job Sy and Stef did. They were running behind from an earlier job and called ahead of time to let us know and gave us an ETA, which was very courteous. They showed up right when they said they would, presented themselves professionally, and had us loaded out very quickly. They met us for the unload into our new home and got it done incredibly fast. They finished right on time, we’re very professional and courteous, as well as friendly and very funny. It was a pleasure to have them help us move and we will gladly recommend this service to anyone we know moving.

STAF ABD TERRILL DID A TERRIFFIC JOB IS MOVING EVERYTHING I WANTED MOVED, THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTUL NOT ONLY OF ME BUT ALSO MY WIFE. THEY VERY VERY CAREFUL IN EVERYTHING THAT WAS MOVED. YES I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

These guys are incredible. I used them for a previous big move (4+ br) about 5 years ago. They are experienced and arrive with a plan. Their process is coordinated and individually they are strong, polite, personable, and accommodating.
I was so happy when they agreed to drive out to move me again because I am about an hour from Philadelphia. If I ever move again I will be looking for Chaz & Crew.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
