This is the second time we've hired Chaz and Crew. They showed up on time, worked quickly and finished with time to spare. The only thing I didn't like was they carried our furniture outside and wrapped it in moving blankets afterwards. I'd use them again, I would just make sure to wrap my own furniture in blankets before they arrived. I wish I had clarified that with them beforehand. But again, overall they did a good job.

Ty, Hank, Dimitrius, and Steph were awesome movers! These guys make moving a positive experience because they are professional, pleasant, fun, and unbelievably hard workers. They are fast and efficient, too. I would highly recommend them and use them again. They are prompt and go out of their way to help you.

They arrived as strangers and departed as friends! Wow do Ty, Brandon and Terrell have it all: professionalism, courtesy, charisma, good humor, flexibility and patience. These gentlemen are fantastic and really saved the day when everything other than Chaz and Crew went wrong. They took what could have been a disaster Pod delivery situation and sorted it out like they barely noticed. 12 out of 10. We miss them already.

Awesome. Best money spent. I packed out a uhaul over a weekend with a few friends and it took forever. I knew I needed help moving in. After using hireahelper, Chaz and Crew arrived on time, did all the heavy lifting and got our family in to a new house within the time requested. Would def hire again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible experience with Chaz and Crew. They called me about an hour early asking if they could start early but I didn’t arrive with the truck yet and when I did arrive they were there and ready to go still 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. There was also 4 of them when I ordered 2 people and they got the entire truck unloaded in less than 30 minutes. Extremely fast and courteous and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
