Re: Moving Date 9/15/19 Chas & Crew is THE BEST! They saved us from a potentially disastrous move after Budget Truck Rental failed to provide the 3 dozen moving blankets which we had ordered. Four men arrived instead of the two we were expecting, but they said that we would not be charged for extra personnel. How lucky for us because it was a move from a fifth floor apartment. When we explained our lack of blankets, they took over, assuring us that they could safely load the truck avoiding damage to the furniture, which they managed to do! We highly recommend Chas & Crew. They were professional, efficient, strong, and compassionate. Do not hesitate to hire them for a worry free moving experience.

The Chaz & Crew team was great! I was moving everything out of the house to have floors refinished. The 3-man team arrived on time - at the start of the provided time window. Two men moved my property and one man loaded. They worked hard and took care of my belongings. The man packing my pod was able to fit everything in and was extremely particular (but efficient) about how things should be packed so nothing would be damaged. They were 3 of the nicest individuals and made this a pleasant experience. I already have Chaz & Crew scheduled to unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
