I enjoyed that they asked where to put things, instead of just putting them where there is nothing, like the garage. They had trouble with Moving & Helpers answering the phone and the Moving and Helpers told them give me their phone to talk to me instead of letting them go to their next job site, the bill had nothing to do with them, they did their job and they were going to get paid, they just called to check in to tell them they completed the job. I did love that the one guy stacked the boxes in not so high stacks, for me to look into the top, when I opened it to see where the things in it are going. The company didn't understand on my confusion about the scheduling, because they have my card, to charged me for not cancelling on time, when they don't show that I had already have one scheduled. Why would I schedule another, I was just checking to see if I remembered to schedule an appointment. They even asked the helpers what come they are with.

We scheduled 2 movers to load a POD for our office move across the country. They arrived on time and worked quickly and consistently. Both movers were polite and professional. The scheduling process was very easy and when we needed to make a change to the date there were no issues. Everything went as planned...thank you P.O.G. Movers and HireAHelper!

From our very first contact with Hire-a-Helper, we knew we had made a good choice in selecting a company to help us move. Two young men showed up right on time, totally prepared to load our pod. We hired them for 3 hours thinking we may have to extend the time. 2 1/2 hours later they were finished. Expertly packed, everything protected, we were ready to go. We will use them again when we move into our new home!

It was 2 men for 3 hours. They moved a 2 bedroom worth of boxes. They were fast and efficient! They were friendly and you can tell they had a goal in mind which was their job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone doing a out of state move

The 2 guys loading need more training on how to load trucks and not to drop furniture. It took the 2.5 hours to load 14 items into a 20 foot truck. All 18 items could have been loaded if the truck would have been loaded correctly. Plus we had had to move the furniture into the bedroom. 1 guy was always taking pics of everything they loaded. My husband and I went back with the pick up to get the other 4 items.

Thank you! Customer ordered 3 hours and our team completed in 2.5 hours! Awesome. Load, drive across town and unload. We are proud of our professionally trained team (500+ loads with ZERO incidences) that did NOT damage any furniture inspite of customer NOT providing any protection whatsoever. 16ft truck will NOT take a 3 bedroom house in 1 trip. We do not load to damage property. Thank you

WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site

What types of moves have you handled?

From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time

What training do you provide your crew members?
