These guys were awesome! Very professional. Got our whole apartment loaded up in less than 2 hours! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional and efficient movers! Would give more stars if I could!

They were over 3 hours late. They were very slow making sure to get that extra money and the guy who was bringing everything out kept begging for me to give the tip in cash because the other guy would keep it all who did very little.They did not pack the truck properly so I had to leave things behind. A couple things definitely would have fit and we told them to get ladder and curtain rod from basement they did not my mom saw it the next day so that is still in New York. So I had to buy a new one and it was 60 dollars on sale. We paid 90 for the one left. I haven’t replaced the ladder yet so who knows how much that will cost. Also they kept texting they were coming so we stayed up and that went on for over 3 hours then they were slow which was 160 more. Were had to leave less than 2 hours for a 15 hour drive with no sleep!!! Only to get to our destination and they were late on this end almost 3 hours late it was so hot things were going to be damaged so we got what we could reach TVs which we had to carry with oven mitts,freezer and the food in it but we could not reach my electric chair and it no longer works it cost 1100.00 dy!!!!!!! Horrible experience. When we arrived we were at our 37th hour no sleep and again they were late total hours no sleep was 43 hours and that’s just going to bed.

Not only were they on time they were kind, polite, professional and hard working. They didn’t stop until the job was done. If I ever need a move or any assistance in this capacity I will surely give them the job. Wonderful, reliable business.

The two workers were very nice, but they were not good movers. Granted, it was a bit of a challenge because they had to walk about 75 yards from truck to the house, and it was raining. But they got mud on some of the furniture, and they stacked boxes on top of each other so poorly that some of them fell over. I also gave the one guy (there were two) and $80 tip in cash, and he only gave $20 of it to his partner. I think his partner thought I only tipped him $20 and made a comment about it to me. Anyway, I was not very happy with their performance. Plus, they went 10 minutes over the two hours and I had to pay for an additional hour. I think a better team of two could have easily completed the task within two hours. I paid the extra charge, but overall I was quite unhappy with it.
