The movers we not experienced they couldn’t take my couches apart then the owner called me stated my 2 hrs were up and stated I had to cash app him 100.00 which I didn’t no
It was against policy the movers broke my lamp and put a scratch on the wall I call the owner and he stated Lol I went through a third party and could not get my money back I contacted Daniel at hire help and he explained there policy I would never use sure trip LLC he was not suppose to have any one cash app him please contact hire help if he has done that to anyone

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. I used their service 2 years ago on a move, which took 2 hours total, start to finish, they were efficient, clean, and a pleasure. Naturally I assumed this would be a similar experience and could not be more wrong,
The movers showed up 1 hour late, high on THC, and were moving extremely slowly, kept tacking on hours to our move that shouldn’t have needed to be added considering they didn’t know that they were doing in the first place (how to move furniture)——this added to my opinion that they drew out the moving process as long as possible to collect more $120 fees over a space of hours. There was pressure by a third party to “Venmo” him money for the extra hour. Lastly, the movers would disappear at times to go smoke THC and come back more high than before. We wanted to get to our new place before dark so we drove the rental vehicle loaded up to the new place. They damaged the walls in my new house, damaged my partner’s family antique dresser, didn’t put things were we wanted them to go, and destroyed the wall at the old place where it’s missing concrete now. The worst part I could deal with, had they not LEFT the bedroom, the large tv stand, large glass table and 2 smaller glass tables at the old place. Now we don’t have movers to move that stuff because your employees neglected to tell me that they left our stuff. I hired them for a job done, not to damage property and items and do a job half done and overcharge for being too stoned to do it properly at all! I want a refund and will call corporate to get my money back. I am deeply unimpressed.

Great experience with suretrip express LLC. They proactively reached out to me the day prior and gave me updates on the day of; including a 30 minute heads up prior to their arrival. They showed up exactly when they said they would and we’re extremely professional and friendly. After taking a quick look at everything, they got to work and were very efficient. I was very satisfied and definitely recommend them to anyone needing help loading!
