Really great work. They helped with some tools I dint have and ensured all my stuff was secure. They didn't waste any time either. They arrived withing the agreed time frame and they got the job done fast and well. Could not recommend this crew any higher.

The crew did an amazing job. They were friendly and they handled my belongings carefully. Followed directions, offered helpful suggestions and pointed out the few damaged items from the freight company which I would've overlooked. They worked fast and efficiently and overall it was an enjoyable experience. I recommend them and plan to use them again when I move to Rochester in about 2 years. Don't overlook these guys. The three gentleman arrive and went right to work. They seemed to be very cautious and carefully unloaded my goods from the trailer in the time allocated. I give them credit as because of the distance between the trailer and the front door to my townhouse (some 70-75 steps). All in all an outstanding job. Thanks guys!! DKelly

The movers we not experienced they couldn’t take my couches apart then the owner called me stated my 2 hrs were up and stated I had to cash app him 100.00 which I didn’t no
It was against policy the movers broke my lamp and put a scratch on the wall I call the owner and he stated Lol I went through a third party and could not get my money back I contacted Daniel at hire help and he explained there policy I would never use sure trip LLC he was not suppose to have any one cash app him please contact hire help if he has done that to anyone
