No issues with the owner at all or the attitude of the other worker however the worker needs way more training to be on site . Lack of knowledge in the profession is evident in the work , he was not trained properly dolly/cart use reckless while handling items and lack of communication when damaging the items . Several items were dropped off the cart multiple times not to mention the amount of glass that was broken . As the owner of a moving company I can sympathize with the owner because everyone can’t move how you move however you have to properly train them to be an extension of you . I hate to say this but I will have to make a claim on the items due to the fact my customers will now penalize me as well . I will take my ownership in this because I should of monitored you and your crew more efficiently however we can not grow without corrective criticism we learn through our mistakes and grow from them to be better I wish you the best of luck in your growth of the company .
