The only reason I gave only 3 stars is that they were 1 1/2 hrs late and I had to call them to find out where they were- but I blame management for that! - the guys themselves deserve 5 stars - courteous, respectful and worked quickly and efficiently. I will use them again but a word to the wise: They must call you if they are going to be late!!!

John and Shawn were absolutely wonderful! They were prompt and efficient. I asked them to unpack and organize a storage area and they were very smart about how the tackled the project! This is my third experience with HireAHelper and my best! Next time I know to request them.

They did a great job packing our 16 foot pod strategically and they were very polite. Unfortunately, a few things are keeping me from a 5 star review. They arrived 1.5 hours late. We requested arrival between 8-9 am. They came at 10:30 am. We are moving out of state and have a zillion things to take care of before leaving our current home in Austin. I had to reschedule 2 appointments later in the day due to their delay. Very inconvenient when you are already pressed for time. When we received a "quote" for our move using E & G movers, our quote details included the equipment for plastic wrap, which is one of the reasons we booked with E & G, not all companies included this. We bought our own plastic wrap to do some of the work ahead of moving day but left many large items for the movers to wrap before loading into the truck. They did not come with plastic wrap and said they were not told to bring any, also not apologetic or helpful at all on the issue. When I went back in to review our reservation, the plastic wrap was included in the equipment for hiring E & G in our QUOTE. We accepted the quote and booked thinking no details would change. However, on our actual receipt when booking they had removed the plastic wrap option in the fine print. Very dishonest in my opinion. Again, set us back another 30 minutes while I had to leave them at my house alone with my mom and run to the store at my own expense. They were great guys but still strangers to me and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my mom alone with them. I would use them again and check the fine print between the "quote" and the actual "reservation". Will update my review based on how the contents arrive as we unpack ourselves. We ordered a POD to pack and ship for our move.

I was expecting them at 9 but they were a tad late. Once they got there however, they were professional and courteous. And they worked very hard. They got the job done and did a nice job of packing. I would use use them again.
