The movers did a really good job once they arrived, however, they were nearly 3.5 hours late, which put me in a bind. I would've given them 5-stars had they been there at the agreed upon time, and I would use them again if the start time was guaranteed.

First of all, they did the job as a last minute request AND they came at the end of the day. They worked quickly and were very courteous. They found a trash bag in the yard which they immediately took to the person moving because it had their debit card and keys in it. It had been hidden by a very disgruntled boyfriend the day before. Had they not been honest, we would have had to pay a locksmith almost $300 to rekey the car so she she could get out of town immediately. THANK YOU E & G!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a quite bit of my property damage and I was charge double for the job that was done the first day and the owner tried to over charge me again the second day. The guys came back two days to finish the jobsame which they did not. The owner brought extra guys on the job without my permission. Also I brought there lunch and dinner for the crews and still got screwed on the price plus after all of they I had to hire another company to finish the job because they did not finish it. Just be ware of the owner when you have to pay because he will get you

Mam, to address your points cordially, the job in question was to have a 5 bedroom house (each room fully furnished with large armoires and furniture items occupying every single room) packed and placed within a 26 foot truck within the wildly unreasonable time frame of 3 hours. To doubly compound the matter, you, while having a mass of miniature glass items (in various forms and guises--fragile China's and figurines etc..), decided that on top of us servicing you with a standard move, you also
