Father and son, Rick and Shawn, moved our furniture and boxes in our Pod. Rick was pretty good, but his son Shawn was really green. We got off to a rocky start as Shawn was moving one of our kitchen chairs and scratched the kitchen cabinet.

I really wanted to give Eduardo and David a 1 star. This was the worst experience of packers we have ever encountered. David was horrible. He beat the crap out of walls and left grease tracks with the dolly with no cares at all. I asked multiple times if he would please be careful. We had to fix many huge dings and cracks in the wall. I am very scared to see how our things in the pod survived after the way they treated our home. Eduardo was accommodating when we needed additional packing but they honestly seemed to take their time and when we pushed them to finish, HALF, yes HALF of our furniture was still not packed. We had to request a 2nd pod after being assured we could do it on one pod and losing the entire day. We ended having to pack our own pod and it cost us a day of not being able to leave for our new home. The whole experience was awful and I'm providing this feedback as David should NOT be allowed to work in this business.
Pd. Your pod is professionally packed. I do have five years experience packing trucks and pods.

Arrived on-time. Friendly and professional. Helpful. Very happy with the service and would use it again. This was my 3rd occasion for using Hire a Helper and all 3 experiences were very similar with very good results in 2 different cities. I am looking forward to using Hire a Helper again in Denver CO once I arrive there with the items I shipped from San Antonio TX.
