They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am. I called at 10, again at 11 and at 12:30 a new team of 2 appeared. One smelled of marijuana and that same person had trouble keeping the top box on the dolly going from the house to the truck. This same person also had many people calling him and if he wasn't being watched was either on the phone or sitting down, letting the other guy do much of the work. He called a friend of his the last hour to come help. His friend was a good worker and strong.

Even thu they showed up 2 hours late they tried there best not to damage or scratch anything i would use them again for sure

I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. 45 minutes into the move one of them just left. I had to call and wait another hour and a half for someone else to come. Then 40 minutes into that they tried to leave again and not finish the move. They didn't move the things I asked first. They packed my truck horribly. They scraped the walls of the apartment complex and damaged some of my things. None of them knew what was happening or what to do. They only clocked about 2:15 of work and left some of my furniture OUTSIDE on the GROUND. I am disabled, I have an auto immune disorder I specifically asked them to load the heavy furniture first and not worry about boxes because If there are boxes left I can get help for that but I don't have anyone for the furniture. They left furniture.
I also wanted to add, after we expressed our concerns, we got the furniture, but left the mattress that had cat urine on it.
