I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. 45 minutes into the move one of them just left. I had to call and wait another hour and a half for someone else to come. Then 40 minutes into that they tried to leave again and not finish the move. They didn't move the things I asked first. They packed my truck horribly. They scraped the walls of the apartment complex and damaged some of my things. None of them knew what was happening or what to do. They only clocked about 2:15 of work and left some of my furniture OUTSIDE on the GROUND. I am disabled, I have an auto immune disorder I specifically asked them to load the heavy furniture first and not worry about boxes because If there are boxes left I can get help for that but I don't have anyone for the furniture. They left furniture.
I also wanted to add, after we expressed our concerns, we got the furniture, but left the mattress that had cat urine on it.

The fellas really were awesome they took way more care to safely secure my antique items than I would have. That's how you get $100 tips. Thank you fellas GREAT job.

They were respectful but their work was slow. Weren’t robust and fast moving. Took their sweet time walking slowly. One of them even was actively engaged on his phone instead of moving fast with the work when he knew he only had limited amount of time.
Half of our stuff was still sitting in our home when they left and we had to move it ourselves. Would prefer to have faster movers next time, thanks.

David and Zeek did a wonderful job. We needed some help with the few heavy items we owned and they took time to rearrange what he had done already, ensuring everything would fit in our storage container. Very polite and very efficient. We’ll be using this service again in the future.
