NEVER USE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I wish there was a zero star option, as I can't begin to express my disappointment with both Allstar Movers and HireAHelper through this move. The issue with Allstar Movers was that they claimed that 19 stairs, (which was a small landing of 6 stairs, followed by one flight inside) should charge me for 3 flights. Instead of working, the main mover from AllStar Movers was on the phone for the majority of the move arguing to charge me more. When I talked to HireAHelper I shared how many stairs there were and we agreed it was 2 flights. About 20 minutes later the team simply stopped working, saying that they couldn't continue until I connected with HireAHelper (who was not trying to reach me or communicate with me). And I couldn't, for 40 minutes, at which time the team simply stopped working and stood with their arms crossed at the truck. When asked for them to reach the HireAHelper team, I was told they had no additional phone number, and that they would not help me in trying to communicate. At one point I had to ask the leader of the team, "to not speak to me in that tone," as I started to feel unsafe with this team had access to my home. When I finally reached HireAHelper, agreeing for them to royally rip me off for the job to be done, the Allstar Movers team took one more trip and said, "well, our time is up." And drove away with the truck door open and the move not complete. My frustration is both with the way I was treated from Allstar Movers-- completely taken advantage of as a single woman in my home, up charged for services, and talked to in a threating tone, while also their refusing to work or complete the job. And also that HireAHelper doesn't have a way to effectively reach them while their contractors are at your home. What exactly are we paying this third party for? Certainly not customer service.

Excellent company! The movers were amazing and very helpful. They were very engaging and kept you informed on the process. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and will make sure you are completely satisfied. I will definitely use them again. Kudos to the movers!

Ive used movers from a similar source in the past and had a terrible experience, so I vowed not to use again. Had better luck getting workers just by driving by a Home Depot early mornings. But my situation this time didnt allow because my move into my new apt was delayed, and last minute had to use a storage pod for my things until apt is ready. Much too my surprise Gregg and partner (sorry, didnt get his name) did an excellent job getting all my stuff nicely packed into the storage pod. They were indeed experts in the field. I was amazed at how easily they maneuvered a dolly stacked with boxes down a flight of stairs and they came with all the right tools to get bigger items down the stairs without damaging them. I was impressed with these very skilled and efficient movers. I plan on using them again to unload the pod into my new apartment and I hope to get Gregg and friend again.

They were great! There was a problem getting my rental truck and ended up late for our window, but they did amazing work in the time we had left. They were right on time, took great care with my belongings and packed fantastically.
