Day of they did a good job. Movers were professional and courteous. A bit hard to get a hold of the main office for a few questions but if you call the main hire a helper they will help you get a hold of them. Overall affordable and recommended. We had not a huge move but a few heavy items I needed a hand with and it was perfect help. The payment and confirmation is done via your phone number you submit with so make sure its the number you check often.

On time and did respond to my request to start 3 hours earlier because of snow storm.
However, the detailed request was not shared with the movers, so they did not arrive understanding my expectations for packing furniture for long distance move. Needed guidance. Nor did they bring tools that were requested to disassemble bed frame, as I mentioned movers did not get instruction relayed to them by company. Fortunately they were able to borrow mine, but do you think they put them away post using? Didn’t damage any walls which I appreciated. Did load pod very efficiently. Would I use again?. Absolutely not.

I hired 2 workers for 2 hours to unload my POD into my new apartment, only 2 days in advance. Allstar Movers was an incredible value for their hard work, and my worry-free experience.
Scheduling and confirmation was immediate. Workers called ahead with an expected time. From the start, they were respectful, professional, and followed appropriate mask/distancing for COVID-19. They knew how to prioritize their time and went the extra mile by working with building maintenance to set the elevator for reserved access. When done, they walked me through the sign-off and were on their way.
Allstar Movers will easily be my first pick if I do this again.

The 2 gentlemen came and started immediately. They did not mess around. Work went smoothly and quite efficiently. Both containers were packed completely. I highly recommend these movers. Well worth every dollar.

They did a great job bringing motivated movers who can pack trucks very well. They were also careful and did not mess up the walls. They were friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions.
I would suggest not packing up your tools in case you need to disassemble some items. My only knock against them.

The guys where phenomenal. Right on time, assessed what was needed and staged area so they could get everything we wanted done in the 2 hour minimum and even more. ! They were fast , careful , efficient and very courteous ! I will use hireahelper from now on
