Not only did they do a great job of helping us get furniture/heavy boxes moved, they stayed and helped us when our rental van got stuck in the snow and they didn't have to. Definitely would recommend.

Ray and Veronica were on time and ready to get started. They were quick and efficient with the large/heavy/awkward items. They meticulously carried the larger items up our stairs and through the halls of our building to avoid causing any dings or scratches. I would recommend All Star movers and specifically Ray and Veronica.

While I didn’t rent a large enough truck to fit all my items, which I take blame for, I asked the movers to keep me posted on how full the truck was getting along the way. I also asked they specifically make sure to get the large furniture into the truck. They loaded the truck up with boxes first which left no room for some pieces of furniture. When I to adjust the packing so that I could get the large furniture into the truck, I was met with resistance being told they were only paid to load, not unload. Then they left before all the items in my apartment were moved out. Regardless of it I was able to load everything into the truck, I paid for 2 hours of work and they should have helped move all the items out of the apartment in the time I paid for. I ended up spending 2 hours after they left having to do this myself. They left before the two hours was up. Lastly, I purchased 2 dozen blankets and pads to cover and protect furniture. Many items were not covered and protected which resulted in damage. They placed a glass coffee table top directly on gravel which resulted in scraping on the side. Unprofessional and not worth the money. Very unsatisfied.

The guys did an amazing job. Neat and quickly. The only problem I had with them is that they weren't wearing masks. Luckily, I had (2) for them. Otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to do the job.
