These guys are AMAZING. Booked them last minute to help load our 2 bedroom apartment in to our POD. They were so fast, very cautious with our fragile items and got all our items in our POD. We literally could not have loaded this without them. They’re a small, local company which shows in their customer service. I would work with them again in a second!!!

The guys were nice but they said they couldn't bring in a couple dressers. my neighbor was able to bring the dressers in and he's not a professional mover. They put Furniture in odd places. For example they left a desk in the garage. Also they told me they couldn't assemble anything.

They were on time. I told them I didn't know if I had a big enough truck and told them specifically, the loveseat, coffee table and mattress and boxsprings didn;t need to go if I didn't have enough room. I gave them stretch wrap and blankets for furniture, pictures, mirrors etc. They did not stretch wrap anything. When I looked in the truck, things were shoved in there, boxes turned sideways, loveseat, mattress was packed. There was room in the middle of the truck they didn't even fill up. I had to tell them to use blankets on the tV's. I had a picture wrapped in cardboard and they shoved it up on top. I heard it crack but haven't opened it yet. They took their time and charged me 3 hours which I felt they did not earn at all. I have moved my daughter 10 times and this was definitely the worst. They put a 8 foot mirror in a wooden frame and set it on the wheel well without any protection underneath it. So the frame was damaged. Lots of things were scratched and damaged. I felt they wanted to burn up time by having to re-do things, but I did not have the time as I needed to get out of the loading bay at a certain time. I had to leave things I didn't want to because they had put the specific things I told them not to load into the truck and it would have cost me another two hours to get them out and loaded properly. My daughter was crying after they left as he favorite table had to be left. I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there and chaulk it up to a very bad experience and a waste of time and money. Never use hire again. I haven't opened up the boxes that were turned sideways yet to see what damage is in them. They took light boxes and stacked heavy ones on top also which smashed crap. I could go on and on and on. 2 10 years old boys could have did a better job.
