The guys showed up in the expected window and were very courteous and careful with my things. The elevator in my building wasn't locked off and they still unloaded all my things in the time allotted, despite that difficulty. They even talked to building maintenance and found me some screws for my bed frame, which another company lost. I was very happy, overall!

The guys worked very hard, were very considerate of my furniture, wood floors and walls. The were timely, organized and very polite. They pre-corrdinated their visit and did not waste time, but worked the whole session. I used the another mover that looked like it was the "best" on hire-a helper to pack up and was not impressed. These guys ran circles around the other company. I would use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though. Is your company moving to a new building? Switching floors in your current space? Do you need someone to finally get that old copier down to the basement? Hauling junk? We can help!
