Honest: I had a problem hinge on a door that fell off through no fault of their own. Although they could have easily hid it, they told me immediately

The movers arrived on time. They were gracious enough to repack my truck so that my couch and bed frame could fit and were incredibly gentle with all of my things. The movers themselves were very nice and pleasant. And the whole process was very easy. I would recommend them.

The two young men were very professional. Although they were two hours late. They arrived prepred to work. They worked extremely hard, since I was moving from a 3rd floor with no elevator. The pair worked quick to load and upload my belongings . Nothing was damaged. For my next move I will certainly use and recommend. Although I can't remember their names. They were excellent.

The gentlemen who helped me move were fantastic! The got stuck in typically DC/Baltimore traffic on the way to my new house and they called well in advance to let me know they would be late. Then they called again to let me know exactly when they were near by. To top it all off they were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They not only helped me unload my truck but they also helped me build my more bulky furniture items. If I move again, they will definitely be my first call!

They were on time (early actually!), they worked very hard the entire time, they were always mindful of the walls and property (treating every box like it was fragile even if it didn't say so), and on top of that, they were very friendly!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
