Hands down no hesitations with hiring. I used them last year to move me in and now to move me out. They were early, courteous, and packed my uhaul perfectly! Wished they were in my new location for my next move.

RUINED ALL OF OUR FURNITURE!! We had issues getting our truck, so paying for the wait time was expected...Once started: they tried to stack too many tubs on dolly - dropped several - once ON my daughter. They didn't use any of the 20 blankets we rented. They stacked rubber tubs directly on top of wood furniture, ruining every piece. There are also many large hunks of wood missing from corners..many edges rubbed raw down to the natural wood. I called the local manager about my concerns when my daughter told me of the experience, and he basically hung up on me. When the furniture arrived and I saw the extent of damage, I sent pictures, and have had no response. - he is not answering his phone.

Austin and Tommy did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They were careful with our belongings , respectful and polite to us. Never took a break and accomplished way more than we thought 2 men could do in 3 hours. Excellent workers

Tommy, Jerry, and Patrick did an amazing job. They took great care with our things and moved quickly. They moved our BBQ to our deck which was heavy and awkward. We highly recommend them for your moving needs and couldn’t be more appreciative.

The weather became a factor. These guys accommodated two quick changes to the appointment on the same day. Eventually the weather cleared, they moved the big stuff from the Uhaul to the house and even helped clear out some dusty old building material from our basement. Good job!

Overall, the team did a good job packing 2 separate containers from a storage unit. One of the workers clearly worked much harder than the other one, so I recommend that you figure out how to provide some additional compensation for the harder worker. The one that did not work as hard, spent most of the time on packing the boxes into the container, versus moving boxes to the container.
Bottom line: we got done sooner than the allotted time, so I really appreciate these results. I would definitely hire your company again !

Awesome team! They called me to see if it was ok to arrive earlier than the window (which worked out). They were very professional, courteous, and friendly with my twin toddlers. Worked very hard, helped break down my furniture and loaded up my POD quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them for other jobs!

Elvis and his team were outstanding. The move was a very difficult one
from a building that was constructed around 1903. I lived on the 2nd
floor. They were so careful not to damage the wood floors or walls
of the historic building and to protect my furniture from being
damaged. You see I lived on Fort Monroe, VA which is a National Monument. Thank you Elvis I really appreciate the wonderful job.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
