Awesome team! They called me to see if it was ok to arrive earlier than the window (which worked out). They were very professional, courteous, and friendly with my twin toddlers. Worked very hard, helped break down my furniture and loaded up my POD quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them for other jobs!

Elvis and his team were outstanding. The move was a very difficult one
from a building that was constructed around 1903. I lived on the 2nd
floor. They were so careful not to damage the wood floors or walls
of the historic building and to protect my furniture from being
damaged. You see I lived on Fort Monroe, VA which is a National Monument. Thank you Elvis I really appreciate the wonderful job.

What a bunch of great guys, friendly hard working and respectful.
They did an great job, the only feedback would be that they need to protect the furniture better. For example they slid my couch and chairs directly on the POD floors without covering the material. I’m worried they they may be dirty and or ripped.

M&M threw in an extra guy for free, which was awesome, because we had a lot of boxes and a lot of stairs! Tommy, Travis, and Austin buzzsawed through two packed rooms and a load of furniture—we’d only expected half that to get done, so really, they earned their pay twice. Hire these guys, they were amazing and we were impressed,

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
