Arrived early and ready to move the boxes but were inexperienced with transport of refrigerator down the stairs. It actually slid down a few stairs, hurt the helper’s finger, small dent on frig and small hole/ dent on wall. Manager said they did not have much experience so I am thinking they should be mentored. They were polite and worked hard but I would not recommend their services.

The 2 young men who where my movers were on time, very polite, and very professional. They went the extra mile to make sure all my items were covered in blankets or shrink wrapped. These are by far the best loaders I have ever dealt with!!

I booked a 10 - 11 time slot. The day before, I received a call saying they would be there between 7:30 and 8:30 because the 10 - 11 slot would allow only one job that morning. When they had not shown up at 9:00, I called and they said they would be there at 10.
They did not seem to be confident in how to load the POD. I had one metal trundle bed frame that they saved until the last to load and then there was no way to secure the frame. Once they left, we had to repack the last 1/3 of the POD so the frame would not move around and damage my wood furniture. I had plenty of packing blankets but they did not cover my furniture completely. We were able to get way more in the POD by moving things around. I think this was just lack of experience on their part.
Once they were finished, I had a hard time getting the text to work to notify the company they were finished. It asked me if I wanted more hours and when I said no, it kept asking me how many more hours. I was given another number to call and after being on hold for several minutes, I was transferred to another line which said I would be charged $9.95 for the call. Finally I was given another number which worked. The first time I had this same company, I had the same problem with getting through to let them know they were finished.
I would not use this company again.

Ron & Antwan were on time, worked hard, and were fun to work with!! Handled all our belongings very carefully....not a scratch on anything!! Would DEFINATELY recommed this team!!!

They were very respectful and polite, however they were kids. I paid for a professional service to do a job and I received kids. They did the job to the best of their ability. Many items they struggled with and because they had such a hard time some items were bumped into the walls ect. The kids again were great, super friendly AMD did the job the best they could. But for the price ... honestly I didn't hire kids. I hired men that should have been able to to the job without issue seeing as I hired 4 and to load my truck I only needed 2. Thus the difference between having grown men with muscle do the job as opposed to very young men that did not appear to work out. If all you have is small boxes then they are perfect but if you actually have dressers, armoires, or other larger pieces I would not recommend them.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
