Absolutely excellent!! They were more than prompt, actually called the day before to see if the container had been delivered early and if we wanted an earlier unload. Could not have asked for a better customer experience.

Furniture seems tight and covered well in PODS. They were polite & worked fast and seemed to be in training as the M&M movers owner directed them throughout. There was some discrepancy in the timing with payment. M&M only accepts hourly payment even if they are used less than a full hour over the first 2 hrs instead of 15 minute intervals so Hire a Helper and M&M should disclose in the same way as there was some confusion. M&M provided an automated number to call for time on job confirmation.

They arrived almost 2 hours late. And while we paid for 4 hours of moving, they would not refund any money for 3 hours that were not used. The loaded everything within an hour, which is why we asked for a refund. And we're denied.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
