This is a difficult review to write, as the job did get done in a timely manner. I received excellent service in setting up the moving labor help I needed on short notice. I paid for 2 men for a 2 hour minimum. It was not a big job, just unloading half a uhaul truck into an apartment. The men showed up close to on time. The first guy, who was clearly in charge, was excellent. Someone I would gladly work with again. The second man was falling-down drunk. Heavy alcohol on his breath. Could barely stand up, and mumbled his name upon arrival. Tried to carry one thing and fell into the wall. After that, the lead guy sent him to stand away from the work area. And he did the rest himself, with some help from us, in about an hour and ten minutes. So, job was completed with some labor on our part.
I received a call from someone in management apologizing for sending a drunk. No discount was offered despite my agreeing to pay for two workers and only getting one who was able to work. So, my honest review is zero stars for the company and five stars for their guy named Tony, who was great. Kind of a funny day.

Guys did everything we asked!.
We had an issue with a table top...screws that they tried to unscrew broke off. Probably didn't need to take the table top off but I think I can fix with new screws.
Lead guy knew his stuff and the other was a strong worker. Good pair.

Excellent work! The team arrived on time and conducted themselves with professionalism and friendliness. They handled everything with great care, demonstrating impressive strength and efficiency without missing a beat. All items, along with the walls, floors, doors, and furniture, remained in perfect condition. I will certainly use this company again when needed and highly recommend their outstanding service.
