The movers were fantastic. I initially got a call from an extra one that was assigned to the job well before my expected start time. They asked for an initial walk through and they assisted with directing the rest of the crew once they arrived, also well before the expected start time. Our 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with additional storage on another floor was cleared out in under an hour and a half. The crew themselves were cheerful, efficient, and incredibly polite.

Genesys Moving is awesome...Martin, Jose, and Diego are total pros! These guys showed up on-time, worked insanely hard, and finished the job in under 2-hours (1100 sq ft apartment containing boxes, a couch, desk, coffee table, console, & shelving unit). They brought dollies and then used our furniture wrap and blankets to make sure everything was packed up without being damaged. They also knew exactly how to organize everything in our pod and tied it up (as is recommended by Pods) so that things aren't shifting during the move. Would absolutely hire them again!

Were they on time? Yes. Prompt and ready to work.
Were they ready for the job? The crew we got to help us unload a 28’ storage trailer were very professional, hardworking and courteous. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The crew was focused on the task at hand, made efficient use of the hours we had pre-paid
Did they work hard? The crew worked straight for 5 hours, only took brief water breaks and made efficient use of their time to help us get settled into our house.
The level of service we received from Genesys was excellent; it was the exact opposite of the crew that loaded our property into the trailer in Florida. We were very appreciative and impressed with their hard work.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes, they took care unloading and navigating our furniture into the house that had narrow hallways, a basement and an upstairs. They communicated to us immediately if they had concerns taking a piece of furniture through an area of the house that presented clearance issues.
Would you use them again? Yes, definitely.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
