Love PODS! I've used them several times. Never disappointed. Highly recommend PODS.

They misled me on the delivery of the POD

It's taller than I expected which makes it difficult to fill.

The guy who dropped the POD off was an 11 our of 10. Great guy and did a great job. Very professional. The guy who picked it up...not so great.

I will never recommend or refer PODs to family or friends, for future moves if I have to hold furniture over for a few days I will pay extra to an actual moving company over using PODs. The savings I supposedly saved ended up costing me way more when it was all said and done because of ineptitude of PODs employees.

Very easy to work with. Knowledgeable and great service. They made the stress of moving much easier to bear with their help and understanding.

We had no issues with moving HOWEVER our pod came infested with ants and smelling of weed. We ended up having to take care of it ourselves as a new pod couldn't be delivered at a convenient time.

Enjoyed working with PODS. Their customer service was outstanding and their drivers and operators were professional.

Delivery was timely. A 16' x 8' x 8' POD was the perfect size for a 2,000 sq ft household minus the furniture.

Delivery driver was excellent. Was able to squeeze the container onto my drive with driving on grass.

It would have great if they didn't have a 3 day delay in picking up the containers.

On time but they sent an old Pod constructed of wood which did not hold nearly as much as the newer ones.

While somewhat pricey, using PODS storage containers are very convenient. Their customer service team is very helpful and friendly and their customer website easy to use. I also appreciate their flexibility.

PODs and I had to have a stern discussion about their lack of customer communication. I was very dissatisfied by their customer service, and it was not until I escalated my grievance up the chain of command that I was able to see results.

Straightforward. Parking regs for the POD were a bit of a pain - make sure to check yours.

Container coordination and drop off were excellent. I suggest the PODS contact add recommendation for securing straps in the container—we used mine to secure the load. This is my second move move with PODS; I’d call on them again.

Was amazing to watch the drop off and pickup. Contain was clean and easy to use.

They offered City Service to bring the container into NYC and unload from there, but it was recommended that I hire movers (Sharp) and unload the POD into a truck in Queens at the POD facility. This was 100% the right way to do it for me!

PODS was very good at bringing the pods out initially, then picking them up. Where I was disappointed was in the final delivery. I called on the 27th of June to have them sent to my new home, and was told they were "fully booked", and would not be able to even move them out of CO until July 5. Pods then arrived on the 16th of July in GA. Had no idea I was going to wait almost 3 weeks for my pods to arrive.

Not a fan. Suggested wrong size of Pods so one too big the other too small. And one of the companies the recommended to help with loading sent me a less than competent and professional crew. Would not recommend PODS.

PODS is deceptive. We were told our containers would be in climate controlled storage locations, but our Apple AirTags told us they were in a parking lot in a different city until we called an complained.

They were wonderful, on-time, respectful of walls and damage, very considerate and polite. Worked hard in the heat and humidity with no complaints, I would highly recommend them and use them again.

PODS was amazing from beginning to end. Love their vigilant communication and on time service!

Really appreciate the vigilant communication and efficient and ON TIME service. When they say they are coming to pick up or drop off a Pod, they show up! All employees who transported the Pods when above and beyond to meet our needs.

The PODS team did an excellent job of ensuring we had the right resources to execute our move well.

The POD is the way to go, NOT ONE ITEM WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY! perfect experience!!!!!

Jon (I think this was the name of the PODS driver) was really awesome ?? and receptive ?? and placed the PODS container exactly where I wanted it, based on the photos (that I took before I had to go to work, since I couldn't be at the apartment complex during the window of time he would be arriving) and that I texted to him when he called me to notify me that he was at my apartment complex ??!

Lack of blankets to rent was not a good thing for a moving company.
