Otto's helped me move out of my apartment. They were very professional: on time, in uniform, and very efficient. I had booked them for 2 hours, and they had everything out of my apartment within an hour. They even helped us parallel park the Budget truck into a very tight spot. We could not have gotten in the spot without their help. I would absolutely recommend them.

The two movers arrived on time, with the appropriate tools and materials. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done well before the time I had estimated it would take them to complete the job. They were polite and professional. I have no complaints and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.

Excellent work! These guys came on time (technically a half-hour early to look for parking, and it's a good thing they did). They brought furniture pads and winching straps, both of which came in handy. 1 of the 3 guys didn't show up, but even with 2 guys, they finished the job in less time than estimated (and truing up the charge was painless - HireAHelper took care of it when the movers wrapped up, over the phone, and confirmed the new/lower charge). There was a little damage to a piece of furniture but (a) it happens, and (b) I should have asked them to wrap that piece. Would absolutely do this again; well worth the money.

As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
