On Saturday I hired other "movers" (not through hire a helper) who were local to me, trying to support a local business, and by the end of the day I was literally in tears over their service, with only half my stuff moved after 9 hours, and scratched ruined furniture... Ottos to the rescue! On Sunday Gabby and Louie from Otto's saved the day! They were able to move gym equipment that the other "professionals" said wouldnt fit through the door. They were able to lift Heavy items that the other guys said they couldn't lift, and needed to hire 3 guys (for a grill?!) Don't make the mistake that I did by hiring a less reputable company - Go to Ottos! On time PROS - polite courteous and careful with my items. This is the second time I have used Ottos and I would highly recommend! Moving is tough anyway - let Ottos make it easy!

Crew were on time and very professional. Came prepared with dolly's and shoulder straps. Efficient and did an excellent job packing up our 16' truck. Would definitely hire them again without question.

We were very pleased with Otto and with the 2 movers that did our move Gabriel and Louie. Otto called us as soon as we booked home through Hire a Helper. Communication was excellent all through. Gabriel and Louie were right on time, friendly, professional, knew what they were doing and did it great. We hired them for 3 hours and they completed job in 2 1/2! We can't say enough about how courteous and professional they were and knowledgeable with moving and packing the van. We will use them again in 6 months when we move to our permanent home. Never had such a smooth move!

Larry and Gabriel were great! They were on time, friendly and professional. I had only booked them for 3 hours, but I made the mistake of not getting the right size truck. Since the truck was too small the move took longer then expected. Larry worked it out with office and got me the extra time I needed. These guys worked very hard, I will definitely be using Otto movers again in the future.

As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
