Larry and Gabriel were great! They were on time, friendly and professional. I had only booked them for 3 hours, but I made the mistake of not getting the right size truck. Since the truck was too small the move took longer then expected. Larry worked it out with office and got me the extra time I needed. These guys worked very hard, I will definitely be using Otto movers again in the future.

They were prompt, extremely efficient, and professional. I asked them for a stack of business cards so that I had them to give to people. They wrapped every single piece of furniture and my things arrived at my new home in exactly the same condition they left my old home. Great experience with Otto's Moving. Gabriel and Luis arrived early, got right to work and didn't stop until everything was loaded into the container. I wasn't sure everything would fit but they did a quick look at each room and assured me it would. They were cheerful, polite and treated my belongings with care. I would recommend them for anyone but especially for loading a pod. I had dozens of different sized boxes that they fit together to form a solid wall. They also had to disassemble a large sofa but did so quickly. It was a pleasure to watch these two young men do a professional job.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
