I hired Ottos moving and storage because they had 5 stars and I was not disappointed. I had to move several peices of furniture that were very weighty and everyone else in my household has physical problems that prevented them from lifting. The gentlemen that came to my house were polite, punctual and extremely hard working. They were done in a fraction of the time I expected. I will be using then again and recommend them to anyone needing some help.

They were amazing to deal with in everyway! I ran into a couple issues moving day, as the office shut for the holiday with no keys in hand I had to push back my time TWICE and they were extremely flexible and kind, shows up on the dot to my new time. Extremely friendly, professional & efficient!! Finished 10mins earlier than the time I booked them for. GREAT SERVICE, SUPER HELPFUL, NO COMPLAINING, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks guys!

The young men showed up on time and were extremely pleasant. They worked very hard and steady for the 2 hrs we ,thought, we needed them. When we realized we needed their help for another hour they were able to stay. When the job was done they explained the payment method and were on their way. Great service all the way around!!!!! We also had a few phone calls prior to the appointment confirming time and answering any questions

Louis and Gabby were my two workers. I have moved at least 10 times and without any doubt this was the BEST crew I could have ever imagined. They were very careful with all my belonging. They were easily directed in what needed to be done. Yet skillfully loaded the truck. nothing was damaged with driving. They were kind and efficient. I had large heavy pieces of furniture they they very carefully maneuvered up a narrow stairwell, without complaint or damage to the walls. If I had to rate them on a 1-10 scale in all honesty I'd give them a 12! They far exceeded my expectations. They for sure would be my number one choice and should be yours too. Sincerely. Cheryl. Otto's was everything you would want in a moving company. This was a small job-but they treated it as a big job. They were on time, professional, respectful and flexible. We had a delay in the job and Alex was more than accommodating. All of this and their price was the most competitive. All good! We will absolutely use them again and refer them to our family and friends!

As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
