DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!! First of all, I requested them to help moving our 2 BR condo apartment just 1 day prior to date of move because I got go-ahead from my land-lord pretty late. They accommodated our request and that too without any additional charge. Thank you so much, really appreciate the same. On day of move, they arrived ~30 minutes late but they kept me posted that they were stuck in traffic and the move was scheduled for 8 in the morning, so I certainly understand their situation too. Once they arrived, they did quick analysis of everything they had to move and started moving stuffs right away without wasting a minute. They were well and professionally dressed... very helpful, very cordial. We completed move before 10-15 minutes, but they made sure couple of time that there was nothing else for them to help with. I got charged exactly what I was quoted when I booked. And not a single box/furniture got even a dent, neither did any apartment walls... truly amazing work, kudos guys... They came 15 minutes early. They were highly professional, worked without stopping and were very careful handling delicate case goods. Not only that, they were very personable. I plan to use them again the next time I need moving labor help and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I hired Ottos moving and storage because they had 5 stars and I was not disappointed. I had to move several peices of furniture that were very weighty and everyone else in my household has physical problems that prevented them from lifting. The gentlemen that came to my house were polite, punctual and extremely hard working. They were done in a fraction of the time I expected. I will be using then again and recommend them to anyone needing some help.

They were amazing to deal with in everyway! I ran into a couple issues moving day, as the office shut for the holiday with no keys in hand I had to push back my time TWICE and they were extremely flexible and kind, shows up on the dot to my new time. The young men showed up on time and were extremely pleasant. They worked very hard and steady for the 2 hrs we ,thought, we needed them. When we realized we needed their help for another hour they were able to stay. When the job was done they explained the payment method and were on their way. Great service all the way around!!!!! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
