Get Up and Go Movers, LLC were WONDERFUL!! My movers, Josh and Everett, were extremely helpful, hardworking, efficient! They packed up everything into my U-Haul very carefully, buffering the more delicate items. Everything made it to my destination in one piece, and nothing feel during the move. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are responsive, and most importantly they do a great job. I used them to move from a 3rd floor condo (no elevator) and the guys worked their butts off non-stop. They finished well within the 2 hours. I called them back to move my stuff (from a POD) to my new place and this time only used 2 guys....and again they worked hard and did a great job. Thanks!!!

Movers were accommodating and timely, and got everything done as needed. Under normal circumstances I would give them four stars (good, no complaints, but not spectacular).
The reason why I'm giving them three stars is because during the move, one of the movers apparently used the bathroom. Now, obviously I have no problem with movers using the bathroom - 2 hours is a long time, and people have to go! - though I think it would've been more professional to ask or let me know first, just as a courtesy. Maybe this isn't the customary, but all the movers I've had in the past have been very polite about this. But at any rate, that wasn't the problem. The problem was that afterwards, the bathroom smelled really, really foul for several hours. I guess the -1 here is really for a lack of politeness/professionalism. Movers and helpers: when doing a particularly terrible number two in someone else's place, please double flush or open a window or turn on a fan (or all of the above).

They were scheduled to come at 7 pm, but arrived at 10:45 pm instead. I was told the reason was that the scheduled crew was still finishing up a job they had started earlier in the day and they had to find an alternative crew. I believe this shows poor management and planning on their part that is unacceptable.
The movers who did finally show up were very courteous and professional and got the job done. That is the main reason I am giving this experience 3 stars rather than 1.

These movers did an excellent job on our move. They were on time and ready to work from the beginning. We were able to load our house into 2 full PODS after they worked 4 long hours of hustling and precise packing. Some items that we didn't wrap they did for us as they moved it in and protected our belongings. They were very conscious about protecting furniture, boxes, and that there were no marking on walls while moving. They worked extremely hard. We would definitely use Get Up and Go Movers again and highly recommend them to anyone, we give five stars to Matt, Daniel and Mario!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I am typically on jobs during the day so it is easier for me to text new clients. If I don't hear back then I will give them a call as soon as I am available.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
I'd like to think we are fun and hard working bunch of guys. We enjoy this type of work and you'll notice that our attitude are mostly positive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed and ready to go. Label every boxes and mark anything that is fragile. If there isn't plenty of street parking, reserve adequate space for moving truck or storage containers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We offer residential and commercial, for both local and long distance move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and going to new places on a daily basis.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I have about 25 years experience in this industry and I personally train every crew members until I am confident they can go out on jobs without me.
