Great job. The two guys showed up about 15 minutes early. Unloaded a 6x12 uhaul pack to the gills in 1 hour. Nothing was damaged during the unload process. They took everything up 3 flights of stairs with no problems or compliants. Would use the again. Very professional company. A+++

Absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional and very fast. Got there right on time, even though the move was taking place in Arlington, VA, on the Fourth of July weekend and I expected them to be a little late due to traffic. Would definitely use them again. I arrived at my daughter's apartment and right on time, the two movers were there and ready. They did a superb job of moving and loading. They also repositioned all the furniture from two earlier loads I put on - to make sure there was no damage in the 1000 mile trip.
The attitude and service were both superb! I would highly recommend Get Up and Go Movers to anyone. Highly trustworthy and reliable!

Benjamin and Louis ( Get Up and Go Movers, LLC) arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They were extremely careful with the items to be unloaded from the truck and placed them throughout the house as directed. They were polite and finished the work without delay. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of moving services!

Movers were courteous and professional. I didn't think they would be able to get everything into the truck, but they rearranged things until everything fit. They worked quickly, and when it ended up taking them a little longer than the time I had booked them for, they stayed until the job was completed. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, only because a few things were damaged either while they loaded the truck or due to shifting. When the truck was unloaded, the damaged items were spotted before they were touched, so I know it happened before the unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I am typically on jobs during the day so it is easier for me to text new clients. If I don't hear back then I will give them a call as soon as I am available.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
I'd like to think we are fun and hard working bunch of guys. We enjoy this type of work and you'll notice that our attitude are mostly positive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed and ready to go. Label every boxes and mark anything that is fragile. If there isn't plenty of street parking, reserve adequate space for moving truck or storage containers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We offer residential and commercial, for both local and long distance move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and going to new places on a daily basis.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I have about 25 years experience in this industry and I personally train every crew members until I am confident they can go out on jobs without me.
