Rich and Richard arrived on time and worked diligently unloading our POD. They really hustled. Remarkably helpful.
They took care of walls and ceilings and helped with re-assembly of a complex item. It was a remarkably hot day but they never slowed down. I"d recommend these guys to anybody.

They were a no show... so called 30 minutes after end of arrival window. Manager/owner was surprised and obvious he never checked on his employees. He sent 2 other people and hour later. One of the 2 never showed. The one guy that did show loaded the entire truck himself and work his butt off. So, he was great... the owner...hmm... as far as Hire a Helper... not to great either. Sent a message to them that I was having problems. They called when job was done and confirming payment due. In fairness to both companies, they did discount job because of problems. However, I gave the discounted amount, plus some more to the guy who busted his butt to load truck. As an after note, the company that unloaded the truck, Beyond Moving in Pompano Beach, Florida, did an amazing job!

Efficient and got truck loaded quickly, however was not organized well. Some superficial damage to furniture. Movers did not utilize furniture pods as requested.

The movers who were sent were an hour later than our scheduled time and were not the original movers who were behind due to their car breaking down en route to our home. Since we had some heavy items to move, we had requested a dolly online, again in-person to the representative with Hire a Helper, and on the day of the service to the service provider dispatcher. The movers showed up with no dolly, so we had to scurry to find one from a neighbor. This is not acceptable when you are paying $300 for two people to help you move a few pieces of furniture that took less than two hours. The actual movers were very nice and respectful and got the job done.

I thoroughly enjoyed their service. Before their arrival I was a little concerned about having movers in my home without my husband being present. That concern was quickly resolved. They were professional, respectful and friendly! I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future moves. My only regret was that they are only movers. I would have hired them on the spot for other household projects!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
