Thanks for the review but this is inaccurate. I was never disrespectful nor did it seem their was any issues when I spoke to you on the phone. Goal of the call is to get details of your move as well as give specific advice on how to be better prepared for moving day based on your individual circumstance. So it is also in our best interest to answer all questions matter of fact we welcome it rather than assume and get blind sided on moving day. When we arrive to a job and the information is incorrect, client not ready or important details omitted that also messes up our day as we could have other appointments get to as well. My crew lead had no issues with you or your husband directing the load however he mentioned you will need to sign a liability waiver as we do not accept responsibility for someone else’s pack job. However we do not mind taking requests like sometimes when certain items are going to separate locations or coming off first/last and need to be loaded in that order. We find a way to accommodate the request safely (protect the piece) and efficiently (maximizing use of available space. All our employees are trained professionals and know the value of good customer service. Our goal is to provide quality, friendly service and we are always delighted when we have happy or repeat customers.
