The movers did a terrible job. My friend was at my house while I took care of my toddler and she ended up moving furniture herself it was so bad. An older man and a teenager were the crew sent, no materials and no clue how to load furniture, took two empty trips to look at the pod and I had to tell them to start with the washer and dryer. The older man sat while berating the young guy doing all the work. I could have done a better job myself. Ok so a bad experience, it gets worse. When I tried to explain my issues with the service, the owner kept asking me to explain what I meant over and over, to the point of playing aloof. My friend talked to him as well and it was the same. He asked me what I needed from him and I explained I had lots of stuff left over that could have been loaded/was on a time crunch/ partner was out of town/ had to take care of my kid before I could discuss what I needed. He then called me 8 TIMES LEAVING NO MESSAGE and then started texting me telling me how this was my fault for not expressing concern in the beginning? It’s not a steak at a restaurant, I booked in advance, explaining exactly what I would need. If this is what was sent why would I call mid job and expect something better? THEN he accused me of withholding payment-I prepaid for the service-and threatened me with legal action?! And I still have crap that needed moved, and was grossly over billed for their time. I called hire a helper and explained not only did this company do a bad job both in craft and customer service, I felt icky, threatened, and like the owner was unnecessarily aggressive. Literally calling me that many times, I have text messages asking him to stop and that I was uncomfortable and that is when he accused me of withholding payment. Didn’t feel good or safe. Hire a helper said they could only discount an hour unless I opened a claim, I have a bunch to do and I would rather be fine with it, a claim is an added step I don’t need. Hire a helper won’t be a service I use in the future. Be cautious and do not work with fuse movers.

The two men who helped me were very organized, and they had the moving truck loaded in a precise manner. They arrived earlier than I expected, and didn't waste time getting the truck loaded. They did treat my property with respect. I would definitely use Fuze Movers and Relocations again if I needed help in the future.

I've never heard of or used Fuse Movers and Relocations prior to 5/23. I used them for a same day in-home move.
They showed up on time and worked extremely hard.
I will only use them for all my local moves from now on.

The lead guy was great! he new exactly how to manipulate items to get them up the stairs and took care to avoid hitting walls, banisters, etc. His helper was a bit dense though. Had a hard time following directions, and did not avoid the walls with the same amount of care. As a result there are a few scuff, scrapes, and chips.
Overall though, they showed up right on time and finished the job well within the allotted 2 hour period. I am happy with the experience.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
