One guy called off at the last minute, but was able to get someone to fill in quickly. Tough workers!! Got the job done. Would use again.

They let me know when they were on their way. They did worked the entire time, very few breaks and did a great job loading my truck and protecting the items.

They showed up, got right to work and worked hard, 4 stars for that!
They did have an obversion to wrapping furniture however. I rented 36 furniture pads so we would have enough to wrap everything. I told them from the start, that I wanted every piece of furniture wrapped, including a blanket put on the floor, under the furniture. When I would catch them skipping that step, they would do it but when I unpacked the truck I found many pieces not wrapped or wrapped poorly and I did have the finish rubbed off of some furniture. My furniture is not worth much so I didn't file a claim but this review is just to suggest, you keep a close eye on them, when they pack the truck! Over all, good guys and they got the job done quickly!

To be honest, I am still in disbelief about how bad of a job these guys did.

The first guy that showed up to my house started off by asking me questions about who he was supposed to be meeting up with and how he was supposed to get paid. Maybe it is just me, but I don’t believe the customer is the person that has those type of answers for hired help; HUGE red flag. He proceeded to call a number that he had been provided to try and get answers to his questions. After multiple attempts with no results, I volunteered the contact information that I had been provided upon paying for their services. He called the number, put the call on speakerphone, and, luckily, the other person answered the phone. He then proceeded to ask the same questions that he had asked me with the phone on speakerphone. I could clearly hear the entire conversation. Again, maybe it’s just me, but it isn’t very professional to ask someone about how they are supposed to get paid in front of a customer. Finally, the second worker showed up.

He seemed much more in the loop with what he was supposed to be doing, so I felt some relief after my initial impression from the first guy’s cluelessness. The second worker also informed me that he had been packing trucks for twelve years which made me feel a little more at ease as well. Both guys began working, while I assisted them in their efforts. After about an hour or so, I brought some items to the truck and peeked inside. At that point in my life, I had never packed a truck in my life, but I knew that you are supposed to stack items as high and tight as possible. These guys weren’t following that fundamental by any means. There was no rhyme or reason to how they were packing the truck. Even at this point, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had a plan (this would be proven wrong in the end). They finished loading the truck, so I went to take a look. The last couple items they had loaded were large in size, so it obstructed my view to the back of the truck. Assuming that everything behind these items were loaded in a strategic fashion, I shook their hands and told them thank you for their efforts (tipped as well).

The next day, I went out to the truck to get a full view of their work, because something told me they had not done it correctly. When I peeked over the top of the large items they had loaded last, I saw an absolute mess. It was as if these guys had never loaded a truck in their lives. Boxes were quite literally thrown all around. Nothing was packed right. I sent an email to the company describing these events, took pictures of the work they had performed, and called the man (Kenneth Robinson) who had hired the workers. I explained everything described in this review to him and he asked for the pictures to be sent over to him. I sent him the pictures through text and proceeded to repack the ENTIRE truck with the help of two of my friends. After completing the work myself, I reached back out to Mr. Robinson to let him know that I had to fix all of the work performed by the workers he had hired and that a refund should be issued. I have yet to receive any kind of response, apology, or refund from Fuse Movers.

Do NOT hire Fuse Movers!

Mover's response:
Thank you for the review and we apologize about the mix up. He Jeremy was scheduled to go on another job where we help out our truck & 54ft Semi driver friends that need us sometimes in the area and we have established relationships with. When we discovered he went to the wrong address/ job we had it remedied where everyone needed movers got help. That was why he had called so as to clear up the mix-up. We will evaluate both Jeremy and Jase again as both have been with us for years and have many years experience. Have completed a lot of jobs as well with great reviews. We will make sure see if it’s a one off case of being physically and mentally tired as your job was an afternoon/early evening job and it was Jase 2nd for the day and 5th in 2 days . We however stress to all our employees that we do understand the tasking physical nature of the jobs they do so whenever they request a time off it is always granted as we will rather have able and willing guys everyday than tired movers. We also try to make sure not one person is over loaded. We will evaluate this move and make necessary adjustments to insure this doesn’t happen again.

We had 2 helpers and 1 semi helper. 2 men knew what they were doing and the other one took too many breaks. Stood around and watched clearly unexperienced. I felt bad for the 2 helpers picking up the other guys slack. I give the 2 guys 5 stars and the other guy I would say this line of work doesn't work for him.

The two men did a wonderful job! Got the job done within the hours estimated. They were focused on getting the job done in spite of the heat. Very polite; I would recommend them for sure!

Didn’t show up with equipment they said they would have (hand truck/dolly), which made the move take several more trips than necessary slowing the whole process down. One guy was extremely slow and only carried one thing at a time. My friend had to load the entire truck bc no way could they have done it accurately. Definitely would not recommend.
