Right on time ready to work with the dolly I needed. VERY respectful of what I needed moved and where. Couldn't of been more pleasant, courteous, and took initiative so got done early. Already planning on using them again! This was a rearrange overstuffed storage unit into another one to sort out stuff and not have to move so much next time.

Brian and Mike did an outstanding job. Their attitudes were of wanting to do what would make my wife and I happy with their work. Even though we did ask them to make a change to where we had placed two chairs they gladly made the switch. I would highly recommend them to others and suggest that they specifically ask for Brian and Mike. They made the last part of our move very easy for us and we very much appreciate their efforts.

They arrived about 15 minutes late but called to tell us they would be late...So that was great! They had all the tools you could possibly need for moving and they were very careful with all of our stuff...and we had A LOT! My only complaint was that only 3 out of the 4 guys worked exceptionally hard...So it took a couple more hours than we scheduled. If Mike had worked as hard as the rest of the guys, we might not have needed to pay for 2 more hours. Despite that, we were very pleased and would recommend this company!!

Five Star Moving did a great job moving our furniture out to a PODS container in our driveway. They were diligent and professional, friendly and courteous. The only reason I did not give them FIVE stars is that payment for the services rendered became an issue. Ultimately, the issue resolved itself but became uncomfortable enough to bring up in this review. I want to make clear, however, that I feel I was treated more than fairly. My overall experience using Hire-a Helper to find us movers and the actual moving service to which they referred us are definitely worth referring to others. My next project will be finding painters for the inside of the house.

Movers we're on time and were very careful moving and packing all my items. I have no worries that all of my belongings will be transported and unloaded carefully because of the special attention the movers took when loading. Very impressed with their professionalism.
