I had problems with the efficiency of the movers. They took much longer than expected, and were disorganized. One of the legs of my couch broke while moving it. I also had big issues with the attitude of the upper management. Service wasn’t pleasant at all.

We were pleased with the work of our crew. Great communication up from from Dan, Napoleon has a mind for efficiently filling containers, Leon, Tay and Josh never stoped moving. And not a nick or scratch on walls or floors. We highly recommend this team. so much so, that we are using them to unload as well. Thank you gentlemen.

They were right on time and worked hard until they couldn't figure out a problem. One (Mike) whined a lot, said what we were asking was too hard. They caused a fair amount of damage to our property. We used Five Star once before, and they were great. But this crew was not competent to do somewhat challenging moving.
